Product was ordered and shipped in a timely manner. Problem with USPS service, border crossing and Canada Post. 8 days after the product was shipped I still have not received it. It took 5 days to reach the final USPS sorting location before it crossed the border. Both government mail services perform poorly.

Got the pigtail for the Mini in good order and had it put in my Cooper S today - seems the original plug connected to the headlight bulb is plastic and is subject to melting when the temperatures get too high - it's a light bulb in an enclosed space, of course it's going to get hot - the plug you supply is a ceramic connector which will solve the melting problem on the H13 bulbs - I suspect you can figure on more of these going bad as the newer bulbs with greater temperatures are used in Mini Coopers.
