If you received the WRONG ITEM
If you received the wrong item, you can request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and we will ship you the correct item. See below for instructions regarding obtaining your RMA.
Upon receipt of the incorrect item, your RMA will be processed and a new order will be generated at no cost to you.
Please note that NLMotoring.com does not cross-ship any items, even if you received the wrong product.
If you need the replacement sooner than the RMA process allows, we recommend requesting the RMA for a refund instead of a replacement order, and placing a new order for the item. In this situation, you will be charged for the second order, but refunded for the first order once we process your RMA.
If you received a DEFECTIVE ITEM
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product). NLMotoring.com shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange, or we may repair the item and return it to you.
NLMotoring.com shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
Standard Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, you have 14 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not need to be back in our warehouse within 14 days, but it does have to be in the posession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders shipped with a free freight promotion and returned for refund will have the original shipping charges deducted from refund amount. Returns will be for store credit or refund at NLMotoring.com's sole discretion.*
Return Policy Rules and ExceptionsOversized-Item Return Policy - If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. Return shiping fees can range from $100 to $395, depending on the size and weight of the product. NLMotoring.com reserves the right to deduct any original shipping charges and actual return shipping fees from your refund.** Non-Returnable Items - We do not give refunds of exchanges for the following products: light bulbs, automotive electronics, DVDs, clearance items. All support as well as exchanges or replacements for defective merchandise must be handled via any applicable manufacturer warranty. |

Step 1: Check Your Return
All products must be 100% complete and must be packaged in original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the return package. This includes, but is not limited to blank warranty cards, accessories, documentation, tamper seals, etc. Items sent for return consideration will be immediately and Next Level Motoring's return policy will NOT BE HONORED in the event that a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged.
The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:
- Products which are improperly packaged
- Products which have been opened and/or used
- Products with barcode label removed
- Damage: wheels which have had tires mounted
- Damage: dents, scratches, cracks, defacement, or abuse
- Damage: torn or punctured tamper seals
- Product Categories: light bulbs, electronics, DVDs

Step 2: Call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Please call us at (818) 349-2264 to obtain your RMA. Please have the following information prior to calling: Name, Order Date, Order Number. Once generated, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Any return we receive without a valid RMA number will be documented and returned to you.

Step 3: Ship and Insure Your Return
You can ship using the carrier/method of choice (UPS, FedEX, USPS, DHL, etc) however we strongly recommend that you insure the package and use a method of shipping that provides tracking, or proof of delivery. This if for your protection. Next Level Motoring shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If Your Return Does Not Qualify
In the event that the product you are returning does not meet the requirements of our return policy, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you.
Note: All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt!
All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our published inspection criteria. Once received and inspected, determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. Following the guidelines below will help us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Expect to receive your refund within 21 days from shipping your return to Next Level Motoring. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive a refund via the method of payment used for the purchase.
** By purchasing an oversized product, you authorize NLMotoring.com to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary according the the fee schedule described here. We may deduct original and return shipping costs from your refund or otherwise charge them to your credit card after the product is returned.
