Return Policy

Unless noted below or in the product description, most products can be returned directly to NLMotoring.com within 14 days of receipt if all of the following requirements are met. Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for up to 14 days or expiration of original return period, whichever occurs first. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process refunds and credit your account. We do not accept returns on tires, electronics or light bulbs (including halogen, incandescent, xenon and LED). Custom wheels which are made or modified to order are not returnable under any circumstance. Forgestar wheels are not returnable (as per manufacturers policy). For clearance/blowout items all sales are final and returns are not available. NLMotoring.com does not accept returns on special order products. This includes products which are not listed on the website for purchase. To receive credit, all products must be 1) returned in their original packaging. 2) Include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, center caps, and accessories. 3) Be clean, without scratches and resealed in factory fresh condition. All products must be returned double boxed with no markings or writing on the original box. If a product shows signs that the the entire product and packaging was removed from its original box, a refund may be denied resulting in a shipment of the product back to the customer. Shipping, handling and freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shiping costs on returned items. If the returned item meets all the above requirements, it will be accepted and a restocking fee will be applied.

Inventory Restocking Fees:

  • 15% of purchase price (minimum $15)
  • On orders over $2500, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied in certain instances
  • Refusal Fees:

  • In addition to the restocking fees listed above, a $25.00 refusal fee will apply to all items that are not accepted by customer upon delivery. If customs fees or additional shipping charges are incurred as a result of the refusal, they will be documented and deducted from the refund amount.
  • Freight Charges:

  • Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
  • Cancellation Charges:

  • In-Store Pickup orders that are ready for pickup and canceled are subject to the 15% restocking fee.
  • Orders that have not shipped may be canceled without any cancellation fee
  • Item Arrives Damaged

    All outbound shipments are insured for the full replacement cost in the rare event of shipping damage or loss. Please inspect all shipments upon delivery and contact us within 3 busines days if your item arrives damaged or incomplete. If the damage is caused by the shipping carrier, we will promptly open a case with the carrier. Damage and loss claims are typically resolved within 10 business days. The carrier will issue a reimbursement check and we will promptly ship a replacement item once the damage claim is approved. It's important to retain the item and all original packaging as it was received - this may be picked up or inspected by the shipping carrier during the damage claim process.

    What Shipping Methods Are Available

  • FedEx Ground - Cost effective delivery arrives in 5 days or less. Available to customers in US 48 States.
  • FedEx Home Delivery - Economical residential delivery includes Saturday delivery at no additional charge. Available to customers in US 48 States.
  • FedEx Express Saver - Guaranteed arrival in three business days every time. Packages arrive by 4:30PM to businesses and by 8PM to residences. Available to customers in US 48 States.
  • FedEx 2Day - Guaranteed arrival in two business days with Saturday delivery in many areas. Packages typically arrive by 10:30AM. Available to customers in US 50 States.
  • FedEx International Economy - Guaranteed arrival in five business days or less for our international customers. Available to all international customers, including Puerto Rico.
  • Please note - not all methods are available to all customers for all shipments. Available methods depend on shipment weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. To see what options are currently available for your shipment to your destination, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and use our online tool to calculate shipping costs.

    How Much Does Shipping Insurance Cost?

    We automatically insure all outbound shipments for the full replacement value. You do not need to pay extra for shipping insurance.

    Can you use my FedEx or UPS Account to Ship?

    Sorry, we do not allow you to provide your own FedEx or UPS account for shipping. All shipments are sent freight pre-paid from Next Level Motoring and are fully insured and trackable

    Do You Ship To My Country?

    Next Level Motoring ships directly to 50+ countries worldwide. To see if we ship to yours, simply add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart online, and calculate shipping rates. If your country is listed in the drop-down list, then we can ship directly to your country.

    If you're country is not listed we do not ship directly to you, however that doesn't mean you can't shop with us. Package forwarding companies such as http://www.MyUS.com offer forwarding services that allow you to shop at any store in the USA, and ship to a USA address. Package forwarding companies then forward the shipment to your international address, and make it fast, easy and secure to shop online.

    Next Level Motoring is NOT affiliated with http://www.MyUS.com or any package forwarding companies. If you have a question about their services, fees, etc. please contact them directly.

    Can I Have My Tracking Number?

    Absolutely! NLMotoring.com customers will automatically receive an email containing tracking information at the end of the shipping day. This email will contain links that allow you to track the status of your shipment from our Southern California warehouse to you.

  • Did you know... The USPS uses a package status system called delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation numbers are similar to tracking numbers, however they are only designed to confirm delivery and don't show as much detail as UPS or FedEx tracking numbers. If your shipment doesn't show detailed status updates, don't be alarmed - It will get scanned when it reaches the destination to confirm the delivery.

    How Long Does Shipping Take?

    Our most popular, and economical shipping method is FedEx Home Delivery (Residential) and FedEx Ground (Business). FedEx Ground is extremely cost-effective, and provides delivery to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. States within 1 to 5 business days.

    Tracking says "delivered"; package not received

    Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.

    If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:

  • See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, coworkers, the mail room, front desk and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place on a side porch, in/around your garage or behind bushes.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
  • Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. Have your tracking number or delivery confirmation number handy. If your package was shipped via FedEx they may be able to hold the package at their local hub for you to pick up. You can call FedEx to see if this is possible.

  • Backorder Policy

    We gladly accept orders for out of stock items. This is called a backorder. When you place a backorder you'll receive an email shortly after ordering with an estimated shipping time frame. Shipping estimates are based on information provided to us by the manufacturers and are subject to change.

SCS International Inc. reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal legal action in the event of a credit card chargeback when proof of delivery is available.
